Little Choices & Big Decisions

Jan. 14, 2024

It's easier to eat well when you have nourishing food in the fridge.

It's easier to go exercise if you've eaten lightly earlier that day.

It's easier to know what Priority #1 is, and work on it, when you have a clear desk or inbox.

It's easier to walk away from a transaction when you've decided in advance the maximum you're willing to pay.

Good decisions aren't made in a vacuum.  They're enabled by all the little choices beforehand that help us be in the right state to decide wisely on the things that matter most.

Good choices beget more good choices.
