Stick With It

Feb. 25, 2024

It's not the failure that's the problem.

It's when abandonment follows the failure.

You start a training program for your department, and at first it doesn't catch on.

You decide to write a blog, and at first no one is reading it.

You design a prototype, and everyone has negative feedback.

You write a book, and the first ten publishers tell you 'no thanks'.

You invite your friends to go for a run at 6am on Saturday, and no one accepts.

You can use the feedback as a reason to quit. Or you can use it as input for what to adjust.
